Terms & Conditions – Travel With Alfa

Welcome to Travel With Alfa. By booking our tour packages or using our travel services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. We request all travelers to carefully read these terms before making any booking or reservation.

Booking & Confirmation

• All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
• A booking will be considered confirmed only after receiving the required advance or full payment as per our booking policy.
• Travelers must provide accurate personal details, valid contact information, and government-issued ID proof during the booking process.
• Any incorrect information provided by the traveler may lead to cancellation of the booking without liability on our part.

Payments

• Payments can be made through bank transfer, UPI, debit/credit cards, or other approved online payment methods.
• Full payment for the tour package must be completed before the start of the journey unless otherwise agreed.
• Travel With Alfa reserves the right to cancel bookings if payments are not completed within the specified time period.

Pricing Policy

• All package prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR).
• Prices may change without prior notice due to changes in hotel tariffs, transportation costs, fuel prices, taxes, weather conditions, or government regulations.
• We are not responsible for any additional charges imposed by third-party service providers such as hotels, airlines, transport operators, or activity organizers.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellation requests must be made in writing through email or official communication channels.
• Refund eligibility depends on the cancellation policy of hotels, transport providers, and other service partners.
• Certain bookings, peak season reservations, or special offers may be non-refundable.
• Processing charges and cancellation fees may apply depending on the timing of cancellation.

Travel Responsibilities

• Travel With Alfa acts as a travel facilitator by coordinating accommodation, transportation, sightseeing, and other travel-related services.
• We are not liable for delays, accidents, injuries, loss of luggage, natural disasters, road closures, weather conditions, political disturbances, or government restrictions affecting the tour.
• Travelers are responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings and travel documents throughout the trip.

Customer Conduct

• Travelers are expected to maintain respectful behavior toward guides, drivers, hotel staff, fellow travelers, and local communities.
• Any misconduct, illegal activity, or violation of local laws may result in immediate cancellation of services without refund.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to any traveler whose behavior negatively affects the tour experience of others.

Health & Safety

• Travelers should ensure they are medically fit for the tour and activities included in the itinerary.
• Any health conditions, allergies, or special requirements should be informed in advance.
• Adventure activities are undertaken at the traveler’s own risk.

Changes to Itinerary

• Travel With Alfa reserves the right to modify itineraries, hotels, routes, or sightseeing plans due to weather conditions, operational requirements, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Any alternative arrangements will be made whenever possible to ensure a smooth travel experience.

Jurisdiction

• Any disputes or legal matters related to our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir, India.
