Refund Eligibility

Refunds are processed based on the timing of the cancellation request before the scheduled travel date.

Cancellation & Refund Structure

• 30 or more days before travel
  Eligible for a full refund after deduction of applicable processing and transaction charges.
• 15 to 29 days before travel
  Eligible for a 50% refund of the total booking amount.
• 7 to 14 days before travel
  Eligible for a 25% refund of the total booking amount.
• Less than 7 days before travel
  No refund will be applicable.

Non-Refundable Charges

The following charges are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances:

• Visa processing fees
• Airline cancellation charges
• Hotel bookings made through third-party providers
• Administrative and service charges
• Peak season or special promotional bookings (if specified during booking)

Refund Process

To request a refund, travelers must contact our support team through the official contact details available on our website and provide:

• Booking reference number
• Traveler name
• Date of travel
• Reason for cancellation

Once the cancellation request is verified and approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method used during booking.

• Refund timelines may vary depending on banking procedures and payment gateways.
• Any unused services during the trip are generally non-refundable.
• In case of natural disasters, weather disruptions, government restrictions, road closures, or unavoidable circumstances, refund decisions will depend on hotel, transport, and third-party vendor policies.

Tour Modifications & Rescheduling

In certain cases, travelers may request date changes or rescheduling instead of cancellation. Such requests are subject to availability and may involve additional charges depending on hotels, transport providers, or seasonal pricing differences.
