Cancellation Policy – Travel With Alfa

At Travel With Alfa, we understand that travel plans may change unexpectedly due to personal, weather-related, or unforeseen circumstances. Our cancellation policy is designed to remain transparent, fair, and convenient for all travelers.

How to Cancel a Booking

To cancel a booking, travelers must contact our customer support team through phone, email, or official communication channels available on our website.

For cancellation requests, please provide:

  • Booking confirmation number
  • Full traveler name
  • Travel date
  • Reason for cancellation

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing for proper documentation and processing.

Cancellation Charges

Cancellation charges are applicable based on the number of days remaining before the scheduled departure date.

Cancellation Timeline & Applicable Charges

  • 30 or more days before departure
    10% of the total booking amount will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • 15 to 29 days before departure
    25% of the total booking amount will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • 7 to 14 days before departure
    50% of the total booking amount will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • Less than 7 days before departure
    100% cancellation charges will apply and no refund will be provided.

Force Majeure & Unavoidable Circumstances

In situations beyond anyone’s control, such as:

  • Natural disasters
  • Heavy snowfall or landslides
  • Government travel restrictions
  • Political disturbances
  • Road closures or weather disruptions

special cancellation or rescheduling policies may apply.

In such cases, Travel With Alfa will try its best to provide suitable alternatives, including rescheduling the trip whenever possible without additional service charges. However, refunds will depend on hotel, transport, and third-party vendor policies.

Non-Refundable Services

Certain services may remain non-refundable even after cancellation, including:

  • Airline tickets
  • Visa processing fees
  • Third-party hotel bookings
  • Peak season reservations
  • Special discounted or promotional packages

Booking Modifications

Travelers may request modifications such as date changes, destination changes, or itinerary adjustments depending on availability. Additional charges may apply for such modifications based on seasonal pricing and vendor policies.
